Arrowwood Alexandria provides guest rooms and suites in the main building, suitable for single guests and small families. Three- and four-bedroom townhomes include a deck or patio with views of Lake Darling. Cottages range from one to six bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Townhomes feature kitchens with granite countertops, stoves, microwaves, full-size refrigerators, dishwashers, cookware, dining areas, and great rooms with chess game tables. There are large closets, washers, dryers, grilling areas, and bonfire pits. Three-bedroom townhomes sleep 11, with two queen beds in Bedroom 1, one king bed in Bedroom 2, and a bunk bed in Bedroom 3. Four-bedroom townhomes sleep 14, with one king bed in Bedroom 1, two queen beds in Bedroom 2 and 3, and one king bed in Bedroom 4. Rooms have a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

2100 Chophouse features a menu that includes steak and fish, plus a full drink menu with cocktails and local beers. The Deck Bar & Grill offers sunfish tacos, burgers, and kids' meals overlooking Lake Darling from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Banana Cabana, located in the Big Splash Indoor Waterpark, offers light lunches, soft drinks, tea, lemonade, coffee, tap beer, and cocktails, including pizza, hot dogs, chicken strips, and ice cream. Holiday buffets are available on holidays such as Easter and Mother's Day. Weekday breakfast is available Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 10:30am at 2100 Chophouse.

Arrowwood Alexandria features the Big Splash Minnesota Indoor Waterpark with three 4-story-tall waterslides. There is a lazy river and a tropical whirlpool spa. Additional activities include a basketball shootout and lily pad water walk. The resort has the Atikwa Championship Golf Course, an executive putting course, and a driving range. Other activities include a marina with boat rentals, fishing, and the Darling Reflections Spa, which offers massages, nail treatments, facials, and body treatments. Lake Carlos State Park, with 1,214 acres for fishing, swimming, hiking, bird watching, and horseback riding, is located north of Alexandria. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Marina is open every day at 9:00 a.m.

Nearby attractions include Runestone Museum (4 km), Minnesota Lakes Maritime Museum (4 km), and Casey's Amusement Park (4 km). Alexandria has over 300 lakes, beaches, and parks. The resort provides access to Lake Darling for activities such as swimming, boating, and fishing. Downtown Alexandria has shops and boutiques, including the Scandinavian Gift Shop. The Minnesota Lakes Maritime Museum & Gardens are also downtown.
